Is there anyone out there that can help with this STOOOOPID, annoying layout issue...

I have a layout where I want some content to sit at the BOTTOM of the right column. This means I want a nested table to be 100% height of it's parent cell, but it does not want to cooperate and I know I have had this issue before, but can't remember or find a solution. I've googled my ass off to no avail. Here is an unsolved example of what I need: //www.kpriest.com/temp/sample.html

And I need it to work like this.

Much appreciated....

Positioning seems to work.

Your first table should have something like this.

The cell you want to stick to the bottom should look something like this.
I want this sitting at the BOTTOM of this column

Thanks a bunch, Michelle! That works. I hate CSS layout formatting issues and it's not normally my job so I have no patience for it. Much appreciated, though. :)

It's the least I could do to repay you for your tax dollar contribution to my programming degree.
