I am supposing "big" meant bigger than velociraptor, which would have had thinner bird like feet, so I will guess allosaurus, because T rex seems a bit too obvious.

Ha-Haa, should have gone with the obvious! It was a T. Rex. The footprint in question is in norther AZ, along Hwy 89 hear Page.
