Create an image where the foreground provides context for the background.

Can you clarify a little more, maybe post an example? Not getting it...

I'll try to find an example but I'm not sure I get it either ;)

Usually the subject of a photo is in the foreground, and the background serves to fill in some details about what's going on. I thought it might be interesting to have the subject in the background and have the foreground fill in the details.
