I'm such a "Life is good" kinda gal... but...
I just got a note from a sweet friend telling me that her mom's body had died a few days before Thanksgiving and that she had not sent out cards this year.
Reminded me of two years ago. I was in the same boat... but about my Dad's body.
Such a hard time in my life. One of my most difficult. In fact, I'm still dealing with that.
BUT... Life is good, even when it's not.
I'm rejoicing in this time... and loving the love that I see ... even in the eyes of the drivers at the busy intersections, at this time of year.
Life is good... even when it's not.
We're all still here. Let's enjoy it ALL!
The good and the bad.
And... treat every other person as if he'd just lost the most important person in his life.
*Christ*mas is such a happy time for most. But, for some... it's not that great.
