I understand (kinda, well, not really, but I accept) that some of you don't like to vote on challenges you're in. This does create a bit of a problem.... who DOES vote, then? Most of the active folks here are entering most if not all of the challenges. So when do you vote if you don't vote on challenges you're in? I just think perhaps we're diluting the pool too much by taking out your votes. But that's only my opinion.

You're right. Got under 100 votes on each challenge save for You +1 where people voted a lot. Tells where the interest Is I suppose. |

I never really went away. I've, Well, always been lurking, and voting.
My part time job has turned into a "more time" job, so it's been tough to play photographer. It's been my pleasure to look at entries and peruse the forums.

Yup. I plan on voting on foliage and right angles tomorrow. I enjoy it so much more when I vote on a challenge. When I don't vote, I don't feel as involved, sometimes, even though I've browsed a challenge, I don't even remember seeing the winners before.
It's so much for fun to say: "no wonder nightpixels won!", or "how in the heck did that piece of junk get third?" Or "what were people thinking??? Melethia's photo deserved at least an 8!!"
Plus it's fun to go back and order by how I voted, to see how my favorites ended up. :)
I'll get my votes in tomorrow. :) |

I did not realize till now that Right Angles is suffering from the 'Under 100' Voter turnout as well - Did my voting on Folliage II and now have done my participation for Right Angles

OK, I know November is a slow month for a lot of businesses, peeps seem to be holding tight onto their $$ and saving it for Xmas...I get that...but to see the same level of hand-sitting when it simply comes to voting is a teeny bit ridiculous! Each and every vote is so painfully obvious.
