I will have to figure out how to do that border thing without breaking the rules.
Anyone care to give some tips for the people who will participate for the first time in this type of challenge?

and for a "poster" why aren't there extra rules that you can add text?? Expert Editing doesn't allow text.

NEVERMIND... didn't click through to the entry page... silly me

You found it, but here's a hint in case you missed this little gem: look for the yellow flag, it means there is something unusual going on.

Karin - I'm sad you're no longer in the great PNW. Hope you're doing well.

I can't get what the unusual thing is ? Also where do you get the posters from, what editing programme has them ?

Any time a new challenge has a little yellow flag icon next to it, it means pay attention and thoroughly read the challenge description. It often means a rule in that particular editing set has been waived, but only for that challenge.

And in this case the task is to create a motivational/demotivational poster. There are numerous programs you can use to manipulate images, from good ol' PhotoShop to Lightroom. Stuff like Picasa is available as freeware, to the best of my knowledge.

Hope this helps.

I got my highest score ever in the Motivational Poster. Doubt that will happen again.
