Greetings from the Critique Club!

Hello! Oh goodie, I got this one! What can I say besides what I said during the challenge? EXCELLENT SHOT! I loved this one, it's well done, composition, cropping, border, the motivational inspirational quote, it all works.

About the only thing that really pops out at me and still bugs me after coming back again are the light spots on the ball. They seem just a tad too bright, reflection of the light or flash I'm guessing? Also maybe if you turned the ball so you could either read the writing on it or somehow take it out completely so you can't see it at all so there is no distraction there at all.

Otherwise I don't have much to offer on this excellent shot. Good job!

Good Luck In Future Challenges!

Focus on the ball/tee is perfect. Nice blur of the club head. My favorite of the challenge. The only improve I can see is the font size of the phrase should be a little larger and not a different font than the word "DRIVE". 9

An excellent shot over all (no pun intended), the saying is perfect. I gave this shot a 10 but the light reflected on the ball could be toned down just a bit. Great job!

the ball and tee look oversharpened but that is the only flaw I can see

The texture of the ball shows well here, although there is a halo so it may be oversharpened. Having the club both out of focus and motion blurred works well. The overall poster is nice except that the two fonts don't really work well together.

Very good. The lights that reflects on the ball distract me but the motion in the photo is cool. -8

Great capture, super focus, dof, etc., nice cropping, borders, font, etc. A couple of hot spots on the ball are slightly distracting, but other than that, it's a perfect entry for this challenge.

The image is perfect, the text fits the image well, a great poster, only the idea has been done so many times now that it looses appeal to me. 9

Your not going to get there with that persimmon! but this is a really nice shot. Maybe ease a bit on the sharpening of the golf ball, and the unfocus of the wood.

I think that the concept is a little too facile, though the image itself is strong.

Great shot for lovers of golf. My husband would thank you for this one. Great blurred action behind a completely still ball. The glare on the ball is a bit distracting from the rest of the clean look of your poster. The border is good.
