-everyone in your family has been the subject of a challenge entry including your wife/husband, your kids, your cat, your dog, your car, and even your fish.
-you have developed carpal tunnel syndrome from clicking the update button.
-your neighbors think you're crazy for routinely taking photos of what can only seem like nothing to them.
-you recently found yourself in the checkout of your local grocery store with a cart full of orange foods.
-even your wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend is obsessing about challenge ideas.

I fall into most of those. Sadly, however, my wife refused to model for me. Good thing I have kids.

if you've ever whipped out the calculator to figure out what that last vote had to be to trash your score THAT MUCH! (I just did that...)

Hahahaha, so did I becuase it was a big drop for 1 vote. It was a 1 on my motion blur :(
Of course I feel it's not warrented....lol With only 1 comment on 122 votes, how bad could it be? You know the real bad ones get tons of comments! :o)

So today the landscape guys arrived to do a mulching job and they had WHEEL barrels. I thought I'd snap a few - there was smoke coming off the fermenting mulch creating a cloud around the wheels So, I used the tilty viewer so that the camera wasn't up to my face (out of respect for the others in my neighborhood, I wanted to be discrete) and shot. Nothing good :(
I overheard my husband say this weekend to guests "she's obsessed with this photography stuff" and there you have my proof! |

What about keeping a notepad next to your desk at work and clicking update regularly enough that you can work out every vote that comes in?!

You are addicted if...
You can suggest a habit to this thread.
and...
if you have worked during the time when your score is flat to figure out the space-time continuum to time travel to the next challenge...or to the previous...(a little over the line but you get my frustration!)

A note pad isn't big enough. You need full sheets of paper.
But I wouldn't know.....
Opps, gotta run to click the update button!!
phew! Didn't miss anything ;)

It's much easier to use a spreadsheet to work out new score. Saves on paper pollution too!)

More of a photographic addict than dpchallenge, but:
You first notice the lightning in glamour magazines, and then the models. :)

smart lazy says write a script that does the updating for you and generates the spreadsheet automatically.
Someone already did that one I think though... |
