I have seen them in $2 type of shops too.

Yes,
I suck at describing the shops is bayside/keyside in franksotn.
but the art shop in the mall - the shop is outside opposite the bookstore "robinson or robertson" not the big chain store the smaller locally owned store.
They do have them.
tell me if you need more vague directions.
