Take a moody photo which you think would be accepted by 1X gallery gods.
Rules, Advanced editing, no borders, first 5 photos must be entered to 1X (free submission). If image(s) is not accepted, we boo :-P |

I'd be rubbish at this. I gave up trying to get onto 1X a few months back when my submissions was getting towards 50.I don't think i'm 1X material. Too rough round the edges perhaps. I still like the site though (although less since the re-fit it has to be said) and just today re-newed my membership as i quite like using them for my website. |

Well, it has been talked about it too much, and I don't think people would leave DPC for 1x. It's more money, free registration allows you enter one photo per week, site kind of slow... so, even though pictures are good, it's not a place to replace DPC.
(Here in DPC, searches seem like have ID numbers, so this should take you to threads created for 1x) |

I meant to suggest this awhile back... even started this thread as a side challenge

I think it would be really interesting to see how voter's tastes compared to 1x tastes, and to see how many images from the challenge could actually get accepted...
