Just uploaded the rest of the pictures from my recent visit to Chambré Hardman's (wiki) studio and house at 59 Rodney Street, Liverpool which is maintained by the national trust. link
His house and studio are exactly the way they he left them when he lived there, still having the same food in the kitchen and same set up in the studio.. Its like stepping back in time.

All pictures taken with Pentax Super ME and Ilford Delta 3000

Here's some from the first roll I developed myself, taken on my recent holiday in the Scottish Highlands.

I got myself a new toy, it's sort of an adult version of the fisherprice cam:

Man that thing is a monster, Christophe! I'm not so used to looking at colour here, but the results are very good, and it's a pleasant change! Thank you.

thanks. the camera is actually pretty light compared to what i had to cope when carrying my mamiya equipment.
although i usually have a backup i can rely on when the main one fails, the fuji is gonna be the only camera on my travel to russia and ukraine next month to continue on my Chernobyl documentary "80km West".

this swiss photog //www.mariusborn.com/ made a documentary about Ojmjakon, the coldest inhabited village on earth (go to editorial--> "coldest place"), using a Fuji rangefinder (same as mine, but 6x9), so i'm rather confident that it's a solid cam. ;)

In addition to our images, this seems like a great place to post film questions. Please let me know if the group disagrees, and I'll send a PM or start a new thread.

Ah, self-serving altruism...I'm American!

We have a perfect day for IR here in Southern California today, and I have the afternoon off. So, I purchased two rolls of 120 IR film. Ilford SFX 200 and Rollei 400. I will be using my Mamiya RB67 with a Mamiya Sekor C 50mm f/4.5 lens along with a Hoya72 infrared filter.

My question to the experienced is regarding exposure. Can I meter the scene based on the film speed or do I need to take filter in to account as well?

Greetings, Ben! Some good info here --> Rollei IR400

You will have to increase the exposure quite a bit. Even better info here ---> Rollei IR400 more info

I think you will have to start with somewhere about 5 stops, and bracket. Good luck!

Pentax ME/Random Colour Film/New York

Taken a few years ago but but I was looking at the scan tonight and liked it.

You guys think it was taken with a 75mm or 55mm prime? I'm guessing it was the 75mm.

First scan from my adventure with infrared. Test roll in my backyard. I would love some advice from those with experience.

"I'm not sure if it's the scene, exposure, development, or post-processing that needs to be corrected."

You can rule out development and post processing as an issue. I think its the scene. The IR effect is workin' on the sky. I have had better results when the scene is more directly lit by sunlight. Shadows are tough, and of course anything dead or dormant won't be enhanced. I also think overexposure is more workable than underexposure.

just bought an old FED-2 (a Soviet copy of the Leica II) and ran a roll of film through to see if it worked... it did! :)

Fully manual so exposure without carrying a light meter is a bit hit and miss.

It is small but built like a tank.

sweet! i bought the same one last year on a flea marked in kiev. it was designated as a "real" leica but for a 140$ i was naive enough to think it was one for real. stupid me. plus the film winder doesn't work so it was a ripp-off. lesson learned about russian camera copies..;-)
