Previous "vintage" entries on DPC

Ps. Going out to see if I can shoot something vintage right now. There's a big oldtimers car show near my home today but it's going to be extremely busy so I don't think it will be worth going as it won't be possible to get a shot of a nice old car without hordes of people spoiling the image. Hope to find something else to shoot.

Vintage Search

I think I fixed the link...just did a search on Vintage

Vintage is a process in wine making......but we won`t go there. ;/

No, it only works for you, Fred. And hers only works for her. These searches are localized to individual computers, I think.

I thought it worked for everyone...I cked mine and it does work for ME....but Fred's won't work for me...what did I do wrong???

Both links don't work so I think bear's right.

The search creates a cookie on the searching machine, and references it. So the link only works for the machine that did the search. I think that's what's happening.

Right, and when WE click yours we get the exact same screen, and the URL is the same except the number is 961494...

Really bummed I couldn't get anything in for this one. So much around me that would have been great, but the sun sets at 5 and I don't home from work until 7. The two days I had daylight it rained like mad. Depressing events. It's going to be a long winter.

Bummed out. The site was down the last three hours and it wouldn't take my Vintage challenge entry. :( Oh well, what can you do.

I couldn't enter my image into this challenge (Vintage). I even tried email but got an error message. Will there be an extension for entries? Thank you.

I too have the same concern, I got messege "Temporary directory does not exist."

I tried sending a mail to site council but there too the same messege

Please make an extension

Looks like there's been an extension. No photos will load for anything at this point. The front page is a bunch of question marks.

Does this mean I can still shoot for this today? Looks like cutoff is Monday, November 22, so it's still legit, no?

I would say to shoot and load away - or something like that . . . if you do and it's not allowed, no loss, but if you don't and it is allowed, then . . . well, you know -

The searches are ID'd and time out after a while. Post searching links like this:

Does anyone know if you can change your entry? I hate to pull mine out and not be able to change it or at least re-enter the same one.
