To clear any confusion about my silly image from yesterday :) Here is a lightly processed image from my big camera that shows it in context as being "art". The whole thing is fake- made out of plywood. The artist had a white plywood washer and dryer set on the hillside too, but they looked so real being painted that they didn't work for me. They are usually so strict about staying on the main pathways in the sculpture garden, so I welcomed this exhibit as a way to cut loose a little and get an angle on other exhibits there you can't normally get ;)

Day 21...

If I may interrupt the proceedings. If you look at my profile today, there is an interesting pattern in the two rows of images, if you see exactly four displayed images per row of the "Highest Rated Photographs" and "Recent Portfolio Additions". Looking at the four columns the rows make, you see two photos of Louis, two of Alex, two where shapes expanding into the centre of the photo from the border point at a central element, and two featuring a light "horizon" under a dark "sky". Since this is only temporary, I wanted to point it out, as the pattern will disappear tomorrow once I upload my day 22.

Sorry for the interruption. I always see real or imagined patterns like that, and thought it was kind of coincidental and interesting. Please proceed. ;)

That's a very interesting observation Louis. I'm glad you pointed it out.

ETA. Since starting this SC I have not picked up my big camera. Thinking I may have to submit an iPhone image to the FS :)

Taken a few days ago when we actually saw the sun for a few minutes. Today it has rained non-stop (although I wouldn't have known as I was in a windowless meeting room from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm).

I was thinking the same thing. Some of the apps don't do the same type exif, but to me, as long as it shows the date, the app and camera used, it should be legal, no?

Along those lines, I'm thinking we need our own gallery for posting.

I see to run into a situation in the morning where the sun aligns pretty well with exactly I am supposed to look. MAkes for an interesting photo I guess. Iphone: process with camera bag with colorcross filter.

Is it too early to say Merry Christmas?

Straight out of the camera, resized in PS. Starting to feel repetitive, but the light was too fun to leave it. It's a bit too much flare, but as I couldn't see as it was so bright, it was quite difficult to compose!

I am really digging these flowers, and I am proving to be fairly indecisive when it comes to choosing which Iris processing I like best.....
