really? That's the nicest thing i've heard all day cos this image doesn't really appeal to me, sorry G. Though I can see it's well done an all ... Just not my taste I guess or maybe I'm too young ;-)

Interesting effect. I love that kind of awning, it surely evokes memories of days gone by. When I was a kid all the greengrocer's shops (and others too, but I particularly remember the greengrocers) in the UK would have an awning over the front of the shop to protect the fruit and veg from the elements.

These wonderful old cafes and bars still look like this to me even when it's not in a photograph. Especially the bars. I'm even older than Ms TX'n.

I like the funky orange red around the inside the vignette. I think really young people can't appreciate these types of shots because they don't remember that images really used to look like that (did I just say that? Sheesh, I'm old)
