So, for all of you who may remember Sporkfish (actually a jeweled cichlid)
She grew up
And now is caring for a large group of young, one of whom I wanted to share with you, as it's a quite interesting tailless genetic defect.
And before you feel sorry for it too much, it's quite healthy and active, and has no problem competing for food or space. |

Uh...yeah... of course... who could forget Sporkfish? ;-)
I predict the tailless fish will grow up to be a motivational speaker. :-)

but i do find it interesting that the one without the tail is doing just fine.

While I was in the Navy, I got my ass chewed off many times and I was still able to function just fine.
And let's not forget about Bear's dog. |
