| Roz, thanks for the pm :) Even though I don't have much time during August, I will post a few at least this week and see how it goes from there. Most of mine will be "stuff I shot in July and nobody has seen yet" |

Okay, here are two WOTever pics (neither of them green)
Now this is, for sure, a blue whale. Or part of one, anyhow.
These two pictures were taken less than one second apart.
Those critters are huge!

Seeing as I shoot mostly wildlife, I'll just link to some shots I have on that other photo website :)
This little fella was shot with a Sigma 100-300mm F/4.0 EX IF HSM for Nikon. A superb lens. He was completely ignoring me in the hunt for fish, like he was saying "Wotever" when I hauled the f/4 out. He was less than 2 meters from the lens.

Hi Jo, thx 4 comment, about 2 meters or around 6 feet. This is not a zoo or ducks at local dam shot. This was taken in the wild in the birds natural habitat. Miles from cities and humanity.

couple of questions: i just kind of jumped into the sc without asking the OP if that was ok or if it was too late...
question 2 - is this thread ok for a nsfw image? i see some nudes already but wanted to make sure...\
(oh, and roz...we found out the key west cops will ALSO arrest you for dui on a bike. we had to go drink a beer and wait an extra half hour while a cop chatted with merchants where our bikes were parked...ironic since we thought we were doing the smart thing taking our bikes so as no one would be driving) |
