| I just received my first order too. There was a tiny scratch on the first one... DPC Prints sent me a new one without any questions or headaches. The new one is great! I am glad quality and customer service is so good. I am looking for my second print right now! |

I'm happy to hear about both the quality and the customer service, as I went on a little shopping spree at DPCPrints a couple of days ago! Can't wait to get the photos.

I just rec'd my order a few days ago for my portfolio. Not only was I impressed, but my potential clientel has been equally impressed if not more so. One person said to me, "This is digital? I would not have known that." Last night we had dinner guests, and my framed prints were being admired. One guest said "You obviously work in medium format". He was surprised to find out otherwise. :)

Received my prints today, and they are wonderful, (with the small exception of no signatures on any of them - something that I personally prefer), but I have to say that I am very pleased and can't wait to frame them. I don't know if DPCPrints photogs know who purchases their stuff, or even if it is appropriate to thank them publicly, so I will be PM'ing those I bought from to thank them.

these prints are 99% better then the first ones I ordered a year ago.
The quality is outstanding.

Did you have to pay postage to return the damaged print ? |
