I don't agree about the lame comment but I do agree that the challenge picker needs to be a bit more imaginative with his topics lately. Making user challenges advanced editing and member challenges basic is NOT what I paid 25 bucks for. I know he/they may be trying to make the DPL more challenging but it isn't working for me at all.

Exactly!!! Not everyone lives near another DPC member.

Yeah, though I was lucky enough to stumble across one here in the biggest town closest to me. There are a few in Ottawa and I was even luckier to get someone to join the site!

Hey snaffles - any chance you want to take a bit of a drive ?
I could meet you in Belleville on the 11th, even.

Hmm - time to get looking for someone local.

I am going to be in NYC this weekend - anyone?

I think this is a great idea for a challenge. Lots of people on the site do know other members and if not then this is a pretty nice way for people to get to know others in the site as well as taking portraits.

If you want to cheat and get someone to sign up or take a portrait of someone and claim is an inactive member then go ahead, but don't just moan about it!

I thought this was a very inventive and interesting idea for a challenge!

This challenge doesn't apply to the DPL though.

Wow... so you're calling ALL DNMC entries for any challenge "cheaters"? Harsh. :)

The question lies, can the same member be in different different dpc entries?
05/05/2010 04:35:13 PM · #47
I might enter this one, two DPC members live within 200 yards/metres of my front door:) That's a three way portrait shot:))

Actually, the question is, is everyone going to give the photo of THEMSELVES a 10?? :)

Ugh I don't even know another DPC member.
