Out of the great work done by all of you on my image here are the results;
No1  redjulep with 
Great work seen from behind the wet window.
No2 haze with 
for excellent fractilus work and the bird!!

for this great abstract, really original work
I could not help myself to do some PP on my own picture because liked it so much

Yep, that's what I said. Luckily there were only six not on the page and 5 of them haven't posted their results yet.
Anyway, they're all up now, so send me the results. Also look for the next thread (round 2/4) and submit an original or get started on the ones already submitted. |

Entryway winners:
Cinnamon_girl  ...The letter overlay and sentimental treatment is outstanding
redjulep  ...This elegantly understated treatment, with its dark overtones is twice-pleasing because of those splashes of color.
 pwm6  ...I really liked the beautiful rendering of the archways and overall tone of this one.
Once again, I wish there was room to recognize the one with the sepia tones and great sky, the classic rendition with a great fading border, the mysterious ones and the warm, inviting ones and that highly original one featuring the tree!

 I really liked how Alisha turned the Flamingo and added such texture and vibrant color
Second Place: cryan for
 I wouldn't have ever thought to change this to B&W and I love the tones in it
Third Place: jomari for
 love the crop on this...it was one of the things I was looking for and the colors and textures are really well done
Honorable Mention: sfalice for
 what a totally different approach...really well done
for this original 
First Place: pjotre7 for
 love the texture and the rich blue color
Second Place: ikopanas for
 again love the rich color in this...
Third Place: [thumb]jomari[/thumb] for
 just a little bright on the blue...but I like the crop, as I can still see a bit of the water with this...

ist  by salmiakki I like the crop, and the general look. Everything is nicely clear, light and bright.
2nd  by Hipychik A very close second. Love this edit too.

So hard to choose lol...
1st -  by salmiakki Great job with the brightness, contrast and colors. Looks like something I would actually submit to a challenge. Love the crop too!
