For a while now, I've been making silly comments on challenge entries when something strikes my funnybone. I've gotten some positive feedback from people that enjoy these ridiculous comments, but I also see others that mark everything except mine as helpful. So... are they welcome, or am I just annoying the snot out of y'all?

Yo_Sniff is a snotknocker?

I'll tell you when I get one!

You left one on my framing shot. It took me a few seconds to realize it was a joke.....so maybe some people don't realize it's a joke?

Spiffman, where's mine? I want one right now!

I suppose that counts as a "yes"? I'm afraid I don't have the raw creativity to cover an entire challenge with them. Something has to strike me just right. Hmm, I could visit some portfolios, however.

Thanks.

Well, I agree that one was open to misinterpretation. Don't miss the sequel I left on the next wine glass shot:

You've left a couple on mine. I LOL and thought they were great! Keep it up!

Have you cut back on your "regular" commenting? I don't remember seeing any of your comments -- ridiculous or otherwise -- for a few weeks now ... :-(

I like all the ones I've received! You might notice there are people who only mark as helpful comments that compliment them, and ignore the ones that offer advice. Don't worry about it, please keep commenting! :)

You must have been sleeping during the first Puzzle macro challenge.

The pod mother started awakening the sleeping drones from their growth chambers. Earth was near and they would soon feast. It had been a long journey and they did not yet have a McDonaldsâ„¢ in the Rigel system.

What ...? That's a fine description of that picture. Was it supposed to be a joke? ;-)

You were awake just long enough to mark my recent comment as helpful. It was a boring one on your framed entry. I'll have to try harder.

I like the "Grog" comments â€Â¦ I say please bring on the funny and KEEP DOING IT. On occasion I do the same â€Â¦ it's almost like talking to yourself yes?

Thanks, but honestly, your silly entry was asking for an equally silly comment. It was an easy one.

I want more idiotic comments. :(

Yo, thanks Spiffman. Red Fraggle has been waiting ages for this acknowledgement.

Eh, don't worry about it Spiffy. I worried about it, and it ruined the fun for me.

Keep on keeping on!

Yeah, you did get the fun sucked right out of you. That's why I'm doing it only when something strikes me.
