I opened this in photoshop and it says its only 800x1200. Is this right or did I do something wrong?

Is anyone else having weird colour issues with this i have downloaded it twice now and it is coming out purple  |

Yes, Juliet I had the same thing, it was wildly purple. Very odd. Managed to correct it but not too happy with it currently |

Check your monitors profile! If else select it to sRGB. |
