| Are we allowed to use any of these anytime? Not for a challenge, just to use on a personal project? |

Probably a reference to the DPC Textures Gallery. (Under the menu Photos > Galleries)

| I do believe that people put them there to be used, yes! This came about as a result of one of the first texture side challenges - people asked for a gallery to stick them in so people could indeed use each other's textures. If in doubt, you could always ask the person who stuck the texture there. |
