| DCNUTTER- always nice to get a new PB mate and getting the 6 sorted is a feeling I still enjoy, well done man. |

| I can't believe I have 42 comments! What a pleasant surprise - I'm going to have to go and leave more comments as my count is no where near 100% and hope to share the love I am feeling. 2 favorites too - which is a phenomenal surprise for me. |

Yep - I've been getting that . . . bummer but I just keep telling myself someone else adjusted their score at the same time and they really gave it an 8 . . . that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Personally, I voted on the challenge earlier in the week and didn't get around to commenting (about 265 given out so far) in the past day or so. I think many others have done similarly. Therefore, you may be getting comments now on folks that voted earlier and are getting new votes and are seeing them as one and the same person, while they are not. My recommendation, take the comments at face value and enjoy them... |

A good number of people comment at a different time than they vote. I usually say "not voting now", just because I'm afraid that I'm going to comment just when someone gave them a 2!! I don't want to be paired with a troll. But many times I comment days before or after I vote. |

So so true - I am just now going through and hitting more photos with a comment - hoping someone doesn't troll at the same time or they'll think I'm nuts :-) |

I know. FYI, I just went through and bumped up a whole bunch of photos, too.
I'm a little disappointed in my score, but it's not like I think I'm being screwed or anything. My real disappointment is that I've only received 237 votes. I thought there would be a lot more voters for this challenge.

It doesn't show up as a 1 if you bump it up. There is no change in votes, so it bumps the previous vote listing up by 1. For instance, someone just lowered mine by one. Since there was no change in votes, I just enter the new average and it showed that it went from a 7 to a 6. (assuming it was the last voter that changed it. It could have been a 2 to a 1 -- all we know is that someone dropped us a point. |

I was the same, my first 6 came on a photo I really didn't expect it to. So just shoot your best, edit it the best you can and it will eventually come. The year after I got my first one I set a goal to get another one and at the end of that year my top 5 shots were all 6+ scores. This from a guy who has two brown ribbons to his discredit.

I just want to tell everyone, that the images in this challenge are breathtaking. Great job to all. Mine is steadily climbing, but I doubt there's enough time or votes left to get it on my front page. I've had wonderful comments and 4 favs, so I consider it a success
