Tonight I met up with kirbic from DPC, near Milwaukee Wi. I was in town on business and Fritz drives right through here to and from work. We went and had dinner and drinks and talked about photography and DPC and what not.
Fritz, it was nice to meet you and thanks again for dinner, next time its my treat.

Try this search result. If that doesn't work, go to Community > Photographer Profiles and do a search using "Romania" in the Location field as the only search criterion.
My paternal grandfather's family was originally from Romania, but he himself was born in Brooklyn. |

Found a few, most live somewhere else, canada or china or so, others don't seem to active. Looks like i'm the only romanian member. Well and amazoneea but she lives in Canada. Anyway good choice for your anchestors :)

It was great that we got to meet; I guess it constitutes the first Upper Midwest GTG?
James, have a good trip back, get warm. Hopefully next time we'll have some light left!

I think we have a couple of Alberta members, don't know about Saskatoon. |

I haven't met another member yet, but...
frisca and I must have shared the same space/time. As it turned out, she and I took the same shot from the same angle, identical subject and all. I haven't been able to take another shot without looking over my shoulder since. ;-)

Amy is the only other DPCer I have met. She hosted my niece and me for a day at Disney World last March. We had a great time :)
I would love to meet some other DPCers but haven't had the opportunity to do it yet.

| I have not met anyone, but in my road signs challenge, there are footprints in the snow. those footprints belong to the other guy that took a photo of the same sign. |

Both wonderful people!
I talk to Clubjuggle occasionally on the phone. I would love to see him in person... and others :)

I have met stdavidson, rcrawford and BNC - we had a great photo outing at the zoo. Looking forward to the next time we can all get together along with the others that weren't able to make it.

I'm in Alberta and I can name more...sorry, don't know anyone in Saskatoon but it'll only be a matter of time before you move further west anyways..:-) |
