Snowed pretty good yesterday. Managed to get a few shots of these geese coming in for a landing. Not much detail, except for whats in my head!

You can check out the rest here if you like.

Thanks Martin, it was taken on an overcast day with my Olympus C-730. Only the other day I went looking for the original, I know I have it, just can't remember where! I think it would look better with more space on the left and top, he seems to be floating down and to the right.

Finally got some Wood Ducks. They're part of the reason I got my new camera!

black headed vulture

Not as good as the others, but I just took this yesterday on a backpacking trip. My cam doesn't have the best zoom capablities and I didn't want to get to close and scare him off.

Got this one yesterday and my PhotoShop instructor helped me edit it last night. I was going to shoe-horn it into the Elements challenge, but thought better of it.

I am not a bird person, but I went to a wildlife refuge today and got some shots including a mass, sunrise takeoff of Snow geese (the sandhill cranes waited a while then took off in ones and twos):

And a crane (unknown species):

I also saw some bald eagles, but could not get close enough (even with 10X optical zoom).
