hey there.
well to avoid this in the future, you could just move (ok perhaps a little too obvious.. but if the reflection is there is is there).. however perhaps a UV filter.. it removes glare from things... it might help a bit.

but to fix the image now.
you could try cloning the relection if it isn't to large, or you could try selecting the left eye, copying it, and then pasting it over to the right eye. depending on how she is facing you and how her eyes look, that might work, or at least part of the eye.

You have to have to person (or at least their glasses) at a slight angle to you.
A polarizing filter can sometimes cut glare, but can't do anything for an actual reflection of an image.

the tip I got from some pros is to get someone wearing glasses to raise the parts over their ears up slightly - that tips the lenses down a touch but still looks normal, without the direct reflection from the camera.

I have worked with the same problem and this is how I correct it everytime. The best way to get a feel for controlling the outcome is find someone who has a couple of hours to kill and practice on them. Use reflective sunglasses so the result is more dramatic and easy to spot troublesome angles.

Another solution is to remove the lenses.
