Most recently I received some prints I ordered from DPC prints. One of the prints turned out to be inverted colours of the original. I emailed at the prints site & I have yet to hear from anyone. Any thoughts on what I should do? Who answers these emails?
In general when I have emailed from the help menu or from prints, I have never heard back from anyone. Not sure if it's something on my end or not but am kinda anxious to hear from somebody, dunno who or really care, but anyone that can answer my questions. I would like to get the proper print without having to buy it again & risk getting the same results. I would appreciate any help I can get from anyone at this point.
Thanks in advance!

I have every confidence in DPC & the Prints but I was wondering why I hadn;t heard from anyone yet. How long did you have to wait to hear from someone?

To whom did you write -- EZ Prints or the DPC admins? If it's been over 48 hours, I'd send a follow-up note, and make sure your correct reply-to address is in the body of the message. |

I got an email confirmation with my order. At the bottom was a link asking to respond to how the process was & if I had any questions. As far as I know, I sent it to DPC Prints. It has been more than 48 hours & I did send an email early yesterday. Should I resend an email to the DOC admins or go to the prints site & do it there?

I'm not sure, since I've never done it myself. I think I'd send a note through the print site, and copy/paste into a copy to the DPC admins so they know what's going on. They both have outside jobs so it's not too unusual for it to take them 2-3 days to get to some things. |

Hi Rooster. I sent you back an e-mail that day and hadn't heard back from you. I just sent you another. Please let me know if you don't receive this one.

Hey!
No I didn't get either. Which email are you sending it to?

Rooster,
Your return email would have gone to one of two places... It would have either been a response directly to the email you sent or it would have been sent to the email address that you have registered with this site.

Thanks John! But I still don;t get why I'm not getting Drew's email. I get PMs all the time from folks here so I know that the email address is right. I sent a mesage from the prints site so the only email is the one I am registered with. I wonder what I am doing wrong on my end. Dunno what to do!
