Can you return them? I just got three of those cards from B&H for free (after $60 rebate), but J&R isn't part of the rebate. :-(
ETA- I just noticed that B&H has raised their price (nearly double!) and they're out of stock. Plenty of other retailers offer the same rebate deal, though- Adorama, 17th street photo, buydig, ritz, etc. |

Note that they have a flat-rate shipping option of $10/order (5-day), so that if you only want a single poster it could cost $12 or more. Also, that this is a CMYK printing process similar to offset but using lasers and toner instead of plates and ink; it could look different from a print from a commercial photo-printer (Frontier, Noritsu), but probably similar to that from ink-jet. |

I wasn't really complaining, just trying to remind people that you can't really get a poster for $2 ... once you are into ordering a few at a time it's a great short-run price -- my background's in commercial offset printing so I know ... :-)
However, it's not so good once you get into production-run quantites (hundreds or thousands) -- for example bands printing promotional posters -- then you still want to go with traditional offset, such as this small business run by a buddy of mine: 29 Cent Posters |
