Some of you may already hate me.....I've been an ad executive for 13 years and part of my job is to critique and develop ads we're thinking of running. I took the liberty of critiquing all the Beverage ad entries. Please remember that I judged these as ads first and photos second. I was harsher than I usually am but still gave an average vote of "7". While some of the entrants may feel I missed something that they were implying, then they missed the whole point of developing an ad. You've got less than 3 seconds to get you message across and I spent more time than this looking and commenting on each. I'll Post my three best in this thread after voting ends. Good luck to all. And If I've offended anyone I apologize.....

Dex

Thanks for this neophyte. Getting an inside scoop on how our images might do in a professional setting is quite unique here at DPC. Can't wait to read your comments after the challenge tonight.

I appreciate your comment. I tried to shoot one that I could actually see used in an ad and formatted it accordingly. From your comment, I think I hit the mark.

Too bad its wallowing in the 5.3 range...

My five best

by hesitant

by henning

by tfarrell23

by hipychik

by androgeus(I'd Change the tag line to something to imply it is a good beverage at the end of the day too.)

Remember, I'm looking at putting together something that will sell product. These five have great potential to do that. In my professional opinion.
