| This day has been crazy! I bought a bag of 100 pieces (reese's, hershey's, whoopers, & kitkats), and I also bought a bag of nerds (about 25 boxes) and a bag of skittles (about 25 bags). I also had a box of 32 packs of fruit snacks. Trick or treating was scheduled for 2pm till 7pm. I ran out of stuff at about 6. Then I started raiding my cabinets (peanut butter cracker packs, snack size bags of chips, snack size bags of mini cookies). It's almost 7:30 and they are still coming. I've also already had JR go through his stuff and chip in the stuff he doesn't like. I just turned off my porch light. After going 11 years with no trick or treaters, this is just too much! LOL! |

In search of Team Suck. I'm back from the almost dead (literally). Began taking photographs again this month and I am looking forward to being active again. Where do I find out if I am still a Team Suck member or if I have been booted.

Speaking of life changes........my daughter's first Homecoming Dance. She's a freshman going to her sophomore boyfriend's dance.

She's all grown up.....
Daddy's Little Girl is now that lovely, bright, funny, enigmatic young woman that lives in my house.

OK I still NEED SOME HELP. I had 4 shots and with the help of others I'm now down to 3 and I've finished the edits on all three and I need someone to have a look and help me make my choice.
Any more suckers out there want to have a look, PLEASE.

I entered a shot that I really liked into free study, knowing that it wouldn't go over well. But the first two votes were a 6 & 7! I entered a Halloween shot that was definitely sub-standard, and after 5 votes I was at 6.2
Couldn't sleep, got back up an hour later and I'm at 5.4 in the free study and about that in Halloween. I knew neither would score high, but was really hoping that I was wrong about the freestudy. *sigh*
now at 5.0 in freestudy
oops, said that too soon,

In the cold light of sobriety, and now the votes are coming in, I picked the wrong photo for my FS - sitting at a not so healthy 5.2 :(
Still, I like the image despite it's faults, and hardly the end of the world. |

Good morning all, I'm off to do some shooting for the day away from home :)
Keeping my free study string alive. Getting hammered as per usual below 5 right now and it looks like I'll slip even lower. at least I love the shot and the majority of the people I polled said it was the right one to enter :) So I'm happy.

I really did try this month. Had over a dozen I'd narrowed it down to. I went with the one I thought would score the highest. What does this say about the rest of my choices, I wonder? Here's what the "best I can offer" is doing...
