looks like this is going to be a left-skewed scores curve... it was a hard challenge to do a good shot, but there were definitely a few gems in the mix... not my best work, for sure |

You go to your preferences (under My Home), uncheck the "Show scores" box, and ignore it for a week. :-)
If you REALLY want to self-DQ, you go to Help, and put in a ticket requesting it. |

Same here -- every once in awhile I think the low voters are out of the way and things go soaring, then they just as quickly go back down. |

Still don't get how the low socore average we are receiving. For sure, one needs to change his/her mindset when voting on this type of challenge, which is not much "DPC friendly", so to speak.

Bleh fishpaste. I thought handpanning would be more inline with the spirit of the challenge rather than zoom effects, shots from a moving vehicle or tripod rotation...not that there aren't good rotation shots, one in particular is bloody marvellous...
