No open challenges this week????!!!!!!?!?!?!?
You mean I might have to look for a job or do some work around the house or something????
I supose I could take some pictures without a challenge but then I wouldn't know how many people had better shots than me.
Oh what to do?? |

Guinness is somewhat unique in that it undergoes a partial bacterial fermentation, which gives it that unique Guinness taste, where most beers are solely yeast fermented. |

Never heard of this -- do you have more info? I've made stout in the (long ago) past, but never got that "Guinness" taste myself.
Note that the "bread in a bottle" equation falls a little short unless you pop a couple spoonfuls of fiber as well ... :-( |
