My other potential entry for Nickelback:

I also considered entering the Book challenge instead (yes, I know that this doesn't technically belong in this thread but I would like to hear everyone's opinion as to whether or not I entered the wrong image).

Yikes, is there a trick to making my images come up as thumbnails instead?

Thanks for that Alex. I guess I should have entered, but I really didn't feel it was a finished shot as is.

I don't know, I really appreciate the simplicity of this shot. The only thing that I would probably have changed is to shift everything right or left so that the hole in the wall isn't directly above the flowers. Usually I'm all about filling the frame, but I just get a warm-fuzzy feeling from this shot.

Bonus points from me. Although I always read the name of the band as a sproket named toad, who was wet. ;-)

Thanks, David. I'd never heard of them and thought it was too weird of a name to actually be a very popular band. Apparently, a band's name does not have to make sense for the band to be popular. *grin*

This is definitely a DNMC vote from me...that sprocket IS NOT wet. Sheesh!

Totally kidding; that's a super shot that I really hope to be able to match someday. I wish you'd entered it!
