Well believe it. I don't vote. I used to but then I took heat from some users for not voting fair. Even though I usually voted higher scores than the average on DPC. Time issues are part of it as well. I simply do not have the time to go through all the photos and give each one a fair amount of viewing time to score them properly. I am not one to look at a photo for 3 or 4 seconds and slap a 5 on it just to get into the 100% voters club.

Try using a random title from this site.
BTW, it's good resource for abstract image titles.
