That's really not a criteria.....
Besides, this is like the Hotel California....
"You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave!"
You have to ask Don  posthumous if you can quit....and he'll most likely say "NO!"

I didn't realize it at the time, but it seems most of the women I met on Sunday were at Stage 4. For the record, I go on Thursday to have a new development/lesion checked on my left breast. That's the one they keep doing the MRI's on. The last biopsy was negative, but this waiting and checking is so nerve wracking.
Anyway, it was written up in a local paper. This is from the article...
âIâve gotten to talk to so many women, and most of these women are in stage-4 cancer,â he said. âI donât know how theyâre doing it, but their spirits are so high.â Despite their courage, the gravity of the womenâs situations is never forgotten, Anderson recently took a call from a daughter canceling a reservation for her mother, who died earlier this month. The daughter still hoped to attend. Anderson said she should, and she should bring a picture of her mother.

People sometimes fall by the wayside for months or in some cases years and then return to the team. You should feel as welcome to come back as you were to join team suck. We hold no grudges and are always HAPPY to see you return.

Oh before I forget...big shout-out to MattO, who graciously sent me the Adobe Photoshop CS2 Classroom in a Book. Got it yesterday, it's basically Photoshop for real dummies, lol! Hopefully it'll help me unravel the many mysteries of Photoshop and maybe *gasp* make a difference to my entries.
He also suggested that I pass on the book once I am done with it...I dunno...I think I'm going to be using it for reference on a pretty regular basis...:-) |
