Dang, that's cool! I'm taking a walk to Canadian Tire today to see what I can find!

Thanks for the post!

Have you tried it? Do you have any of your shots to post?

I couldn't find a peep-hole at the tire. :-(

Too bad about all the cropping required. Good enough for DPC, though, I guess.

cool! i'll see a problem with having to crop so much from the black corners since my fuji is only 6mp. but mounting it on a p&s would solve that with the significantly smaller diamater of the lens on compact cams...i might give that a shot one day.

Did something similar during a point and shoot side challenge.

Doesn't look like much from the setup photo. Kick Ass!

I didn't have to crop much...
Certainly not nearly the amount need to crop in the demo on the above link.

I played w/ the zoom--I think I zoomed in. The trick w/ this camera is that it was hard to do w/o the camera on the table, because of the retracting lens. I did some shots where I hand held the eyepiece in front of the camera, but they were a bit shaky... However-they were in a school, so not a ton of light--outdoors would probably be much easier.

Kinda gimmicky but fun to play around with!
