Nice picture Shutter-For-Hire. However it doesn't shows the lens' capabilities as most lenses can take this shot at F/11.

I just purchased this lens a few days ago and for money I am pleased so far, I just upgraded to a D90 body at the same time so my comparison may be a little swayed by not using my old body with the new lens. I have found the lens to be fairly quiet and has focused quickly but everything I have used it for so far has been is good light. I have heard it chatter somewhat after it focuses but seems to mainly do that when the subject is moving so some of the movement may be the lens tracking to maintain focus. As I get some shots to post I will share them but most of the shots where for an upcoming challenge so I do not feel I should share them now.
