Excellent! Let me know which team she should join and I'll have the scripts ready for Sunday night.

I hope you're not talking to me. I'm all out of leadership for the rest of the week.

Just got home from shooting for Zoo...yea gads, shooting moving subjects from a good distance away with no less than 2 chain-link fences between you and subject is HELL. Having said that I did actually manage to get shots where there is just the teeny-tiniest bit of fence visible...oh and there's one corner of the zoo where this super-hunky guy tends to some of the big cats...rraaawwwwwrr! Snaffles like!!!!! :-)

Lucky for him the zoo is a good 1 1/2 drive from where I live *sigh*...having said that, he's also into photography, has a canon rebel, so of course I told him about dpc and coyly let my username slip...:-)

I can see how that would happen during casual conversation Susan, snaffles is so commonly used in the English language.

snaf·fle (snfl)
n.
A bit for a horse, consisting of two bars joined at the center, as by a joint.
tr.v. snaf·fled, snaf·fling, snaf·fles
To put on or control with a snaffle.

Your conversation must have required you to take control, yes? :)

Well, what do you think, Max? ;-0 But I got me a Lexus Man, who is also into photography and wants to learn more about taking pix...

Just so people don't get the *wrong impression* of me - I have always had more friends of the male than female persuasion, thanks in part to having three older brothers. And I like meeting interesting people of any gender, so a cute guy in his 20s who clearly adores, and is adored by, the Bengal tigers and snowleopards in his care, strikes high up on the list with me. And being in the animal care profession too, we see much of the same kind of thing from visitors, employers etc.

oh btw Max, will pm you about certain goings-on in Sept...

JR ran the relays again this year with his cubscout troop. He did 2 miles, average time per mile was 10.45. He was the lead runner this year, which made it impossible to get a picture of him actually running since he was surrounded by hundreds of adults. Last year he was the end runner and I got him crossing the finish line. But, he had a great time and he's pleased as punch with his medal.

Go JR!
Also, Go Katherine - I see in another thread that our very own JDubsgirl came 2nd in the Teen Pregnancy Poster competition - well done!

Edit for typo/omissions!
