Well, I just got a 40D a week or 2 ago and my 400D became my backup camera. I was at a shoot yesterday with my 70-200 on the 40D and my 28-135 on the 400D. I used the 40D for most of the shoot, but when I went to use the 400D it would not power on. No sound comes from it, it just does nothing. It was working just fine over the last few days too. I just got word that it is going to have to be sent in to Canon for repair. Uggh. At least I have the 40D now, I could not imagine being without a camera for 4-6 weeks!!! When bad things happen they can sometimes happen in the best ways.

I was thinking that. Only the 40D got to use the 70-200 so I can see jealousy as well. |
