I'm in for the language challenge. Lutchenko and Connor are in too.

Poor result for me this week in the illumination challenge. I was struggling for original ideas. Let's hope this week turns out better

Not long to go. Sounds like we are going to do well to stay put this week on the DPCO leader board!

I may struggle next week too as my D700 has been throwing a EE error due to some play in the lens mount. It went back to Nikon today for repair. 4 weeks ETA arrrrgh. So i will be shooting with a borrowed camera for a while.

Plus my Imac has given me the white screen of death today. After running disk utility it would appear that the HD is fried. No a problem normally as all my data is backed, except the back up drive failed on saturday so I wiped it prior to return to LaCie under warranty. I didn't want to risk not having a back up so went to the apple shop at lunch time today to buy a new back up drive. Got back from the shop to meet the white screen of death. Now thats what I call bad timing. Lets hope some cleaver chap at Apple can salvage my data. It's not Friday the 13th is it?

Ohh well my language entry is sure promote a reaction one way or another!

Just submitted for Language with 15 minutes to spare.

My original idea didn't work so I setup and shot my submission 45 minutes prior to rollover. I like it, if I had more time I could fix a couple of little things, but I think it will do OK as is.

I am in the flora challenge this week with a much more main stream photo. Fingers crossed! I even had to use my wife's camera as my D700 is at Nikon for repair :-( Is everyone else entered this week as we seem to be going down the league table fast?

Hey Mr Team captain "Connor" where are our team shirts? I ordered my shirt weeks ago! Can we not have one of those nice olympic logo thingy's like all the other teams. Don't make me come and lock you in your dads office again!

Hi all. Can I firstly apologise for having hardly submitted during this :-( As some of you may know, my camera broke and has been in for repair since, believe it or not, February 7th. Well, I finally got it back today :-)

I will aim to move mountains to get something in every week for the rest of the DPCO. I've got an idea for textures (In fact I have a few) so I'll try and shoot something for that.
