Gift is a noun.
Gifted is an adjective.
Gift (present tense non-existent) and gifted (past tense non-existent) are not verb forms.

What, exactly, is the point? If we gift and are gifted and we don't like said gift we re-gift while those we gifted are at the same leisure to re-gift if they please, so who, actually, are the gifted ones?
