I am having a very specific problem when using PS. Even though all functions seem to be working, when I go to make color corrections by using the color balance function, the eye dropper automatically comes up and freezes the program so that I can't use it anymore. I have to do a ctrl-alt-del to close out the program and there are no error messages come up. All other running applicatons on my computer are running fine and there aren't any other problems with my system that I can see.
To resolve this issue, I've warm and cold rebooted and uninstalled and reinstalled PS. Any ideas as to what has caused this? Am I missing something, or is there some setting I need to set?
Thanks in advance for your help. |

Few questions:
- What OS are you running?
- What version of PS?
- Did you make any changes in the same timeframe that the problem started?

I think I already did that with my current challenge entry by adjusting the levels for the specific color that I wanted to enhance. Is that you were thinking of Gordon?
