Good luck to you as well. My Gem shot will do ok, but certainly not 7 material by any stretch. I stuck to my guns (in my own way, trying not to "sell out" for the sake of a score) and did not enter wolves, extreme sports or eagles. So the shots I know would do really well I did not enter cause I wanted to enter something different than what is on my front page.

So our match is certainly not a forgone conclusion. I would not be at all surprised to have my entry only end up scoring in the 5's. :)

Well then I am going to give you a break and have this be just a fun watch for you because I pulled mine. I just cant stand it. I just didnt have any shot that I really wanted to enter in this challenge. If I did I would have and Lord knows I tried. I shot for 2 days and took over 600 pictures and dont like even one of them. If I took a shot of a model the hand was cut off in the picture and if I took a shot using a technique then that wasnt working and so the whole weekend went and was a big disappointment. Its been a real pain in the arse to be honest with you. The only good thing was my 100 year old which is doing a 6.333 right now.

I wont enter Gem for the sake of a score either but I am not going to enter something I dont think is good just to enter. I put my so-so picture in the March Free Study instead. I want to start small with these free studies in the monthly ones before I jump head long into a big event here at this site. I am going to punish myself tho by trying to comment on every single entry in the challenge. :=)

Oooo PS: I am in Hope but I am going to redo that picture before the end of the week. (Even that didnt want to come out right but I will be in it).

Thanks. She had 5 but the fourth one born didnt survive. :( The rest of them are very strong. Yeh I will probably take pictures of them for sure! This weather is cold and warm now so its bound to give you a cold. Oh well. Good luck in Gem!

I meant to say, I updated the spreadsheet. No h2hs from the Self Portrait and Skin challenges. Bass held on to the no 1 spot....just!

I apologise in advance if Monday's 100-years-old results are late. It's my other half's birthday and I don't think she'd be very happy if I spent it in front of the PC pulling out scores and fiddling with spreadsheets ;-)

Yeh I commented on 730+ I think so far. I will be doing them all as I said I would early on. Glad I found yours and glad you like the comment! Sorry about your average. Bound to happen tho with this many entries but I dont think it counts for these rounds anyway. :)
