Ditto. My photographic paper and chemicals should arrive Tuesday. Maybe we can make this a March/April side challenge. The nature of the technology (or lack thereof) almost necessitates it.

WTF? 2 weeks?! Here in the town we have several labs, and the one i take my 6x4.5 rolls in for developing does them in 24 hours so i can usually pick them up the next day! Do you send them to australia for developing? :D

Can't be sending them to Australia...we have a 24hour turnaround, (sometimes same day), for E6 processing at our local lab.

Maybe it's New Zealand they're going to :) :) :)

your right, we should have an ongoing thread for analog photos and pissibly a gallery, too! even though a film gallery would border heresy on this site...haha

Slides are sent to Saskatoon for processing. I'll be trying London Drugs for the next roll to see what their turnaround is.

One of the main pro labs here doesn't process film at all any more.

My Nikon "F A" that I had loaned out came back home last night. Now I am ready to shoot a roll and see if it works. I loaned it to my nephews girlfriend, but she didn't shoot any with it. I gave her a couple of N65's to use now. I bought it with 4 lenses because I wanted the lenses, and have never shot a roll of film with it. It's a pretty techy camera for it's date of production.
I have a roll almost shot up with my other old Nikon, and will be getting it developed tomorrow if all goes well.
Review report, Nikon F A
