We will be in Phoenix the end of April. My son's graduation is the 30th. Would love to say "howdy" to fellow DPCer's if it works out. :)

If this is still happenin', I'm still interested. Even hubby wants to come! We have relatives in Tuscon also.
Good excuse to get away. The sooner the dates are determined, the sooner hubby can ask for time off. We'll prolly have to see what Southwest has as it would be a two day drive each way! :P

By the way, during the month of April the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy is having a photography contest to show off the mountain preserve.
This might be a good area to meet up at for a nice hike and shoot. (Scottsdale area)

Is this GTG still on? I am in the Phoenix area for a couple of months and would love to meetup with some DPC'ers! Even if this isn't on, I would still love to go on a photo excursion with you guys.

I was going to post about this again last night but had a fricken awesome night and got sidetracked, anyway I don't think dates were mentioned but I was thinking the first or second week of April as I know some lucky DPC'er is having a birfday and Im sooooo not saying who as I dont know if they would kick my butt or not yet ;)

I have no idea if the GTG is still going on, if it isnt, here is my idea:

I have a mini van that will sit 6. e could go up to Sedona and then go to Antelope Canyon, then back down sightseeing on the way. I am sure we could all squeeze into three rooms.

If someone else has a mini van then we can get more together.

I can arrange a private tour of of one of the caves for 5 hours with lunch included at about $130 a person, may get a discount if there are more people?

Anyone fancy that?

Well, since I'm only there a few days and there to see family I only see once a year or less, I really can't disappear for an overnight :-( Not even sure I could do a whole long day thing, so the cave deal wouldn't really work for me either I'm afraid. But somehow I would still like to meet folks!
