You were sent a reply at that time, too which you'll need to respond to.

(It's difficult for us to change your name if you don't tell us what you want it changed to.)

		| Since it's been *quite* some time, I'd recommend going to Help>Contact and opening a ticket in the "General Inquiry" category asking for the change. You will be sent an e-mail to confirm the change after 24 hours. Make sure you are able to receive e-mails from DPC, and make sure you respond to the confirmation e-mail. Make sure you state in the ticket what you'd like your name changed to, and perhaps a second and third choice if your first is taken. |

 No, actually, you didn't.

If you still want to change it, open another ticket, per the instructions from kirbic and we will proceed. |

2007 to 2009: probably hard for the SC to dig that original request up ;-)

		:)

we can search for tickets by user. :)

found the ticket, that is how I know he didn't tell us what to change it to.

But, I'm not going to change it without a ticket because then we don't have an easily accessible record requesting the change, blah, blah, blah |

This is called "punctiliousness" and it's a very desirable trait for an SC to possess :-) In the vernacular, it's called CYA...

Koko is a gorilla, not a chimp. |

Wow. A ticket from August 2007. I figured it would be in some archive somewhere--you know, in a warehouse in a crate not far from the Ark Of The Covenant that Indiana Jones recovered.

So, is this, then, the single longest-delayed follow-up ticket/thread posting Ever?

 The mind wobbles. :-)
