I just bought a 4GB SanDisk flash drive with U3 capability. Looking for a photo-editing program that comes in U3 so I can load it on the flash drive & take it around with me. Anyone out there tried this? Your opinions are welcome.

I use ACDSee V3.1 all the time on my home PC - it is a very fast image viewer and a good "basic" image editor. I also have the U3 version on a memory stick and use it at work. It is a bit slow when running from the stick, but still a good viewer if you cannot install anything else. The editing software works well for basic edits. Pretty good for cleaning up snapshots. There are other free viewers that are just as good (like irfanview), just not as fast. ACDSee preloads the next photo in the directory into memory while you are looking at the current one, so moving forward/backward is almost instant.
