This is tough, visit somewhere new, or visit somewhere old that I loved. That is a really tight choice.
Gatlinburg, Tennessee during winter. I spent some of the happiest days of my life passing through there. I had never seen mountains before, or the rush of downtown at night. Coming from rather small and boring towns, and having grown up in Florida such things were so unique to me. There was a series of cable cars that went over the town. Not too high though. The front window was open and the air stung at my cheeks and I loved it.
So I think I would like to visit again, for a longer period of time. Take the cable car at night, see the lights of the shops and clubs glowing below me. People walking together happy as snow lightly dusts their hair and caps.
I'm not sure what I would take pictures of, there was just so much for me to take in at the time. I would imagine everything, everything I saw. I would want to try to capture those feelings again and take them with me. Put them in a box and open it whenever I felt down or like nothing good in left in the world. And I would be reminded of my time there again like I am reminded now.
Yes, that is where I would like to visit. |

The UK - my family heritage is mainly English and Irish, with the exception of my paternal grandmother who was German. I am hopefully going to fulfill this dream in 2010, as a coworker and I are planning on making the trip. Her mother and father still live in England, so we would stay with them a couple days, then head to Ireland for a few days.

Bhutan.
And I would love to photograph a (child) tea vendor on a high altitude street with the Himalayas in the background. I dont even know if such a shot is possible there, perhaps its only in my imagination:-)

Hmm, if it was only one place I would make it happen. Having made it happen the one place would change. And on. I have already made a few happen. Right now I think the one place would be the Okavango Delta. And I would shoot wild-life. To make this one happen I need a much better telezoom... |

I lived about an hour from Venice last year and it's one of the most amazing places in the world. Let's hope it sticks around for a few years! |
That's my fear! That when I get the chance to go, it will be gone :-/ |

Paris, France. Cliché, I know. I want to sit around eating cheese and pastries and sipping wine. I love food photography, so I would take pics of all the food, the markets, and the people. And of course, the Eiffel tower, arche de triomphe, museums, etc.., |

Well, I'm used to musskeetas... Do you have any Salton images? |
I didn't take that many but I'll dig those up. Most of the photos I took during the trip to California last year has been sitting untouched on a hard drive.
ETA: I just realized I had one posted in my portfolio:

I went there January 2008. I spent far too much time re-editing these to post here tonight, but here you go. |
