No, 6s stay. It was those complaining 5s that did it. ;)

I had expected more comments because the average per photo for the first Masters challenge was 72. Then again, there were less entries...

Wow. Is that 72 comments during the challenge or 72 including all the comments added in the years after the challenge?

lol Gordon.

And Jason, did you see/read me complaining about my 5 2, just go back and bump me the extra 3 you just removed ;) tbh am suprised you took the time to explain exactly why you scored it a 5 and as I said earlier, it was well received (regardless of me agreeing with it or not).

If that is real then that is impressive.(Im not suggesting you are not posting an honest score/fav here at all)
I am not sure I remember a pic getting so many during voting, well done.

The blue ribbon winner in the last MFS had 27 favs during voting. The 10th place finisher had 9 during voting. Given Firsty's favs you'd think he would be in the top ten but the score doesn't seem to reflect that.

I'll bet he makes the top 10.

I didn't think there would be that many 7s either when I voted, but early on it seem like everyone was posting 7+ scores and there was talk of there being upwards to 25-30 of them in the challenge. To me it's more like a "Free Study Plus". Basically the technical quality up and down the challenge is a bit better than what you normally might see but that's about it. There were just two that I thought to myself, ok this is why I voted. The rest were just good not great.

Agreed. All that really matters is that I'm beating you in a free study. ;-P

With due respect to our indoor photogs and the southern hemisphere, the challenge WAS in November. ;)

If I were a landscape photographer I would prefer these fall/winter months. Spring/Summer is too girly/pretty. :P

November in Canada = blah. No leaves on the trees, a continuous grey covering of clouds, and the sun sets at 5 pm!

Bingo. Skies are more interesting here in the fall and winter. Fog and the occasional storm moving through. By contrast, summers are incredibly boring. NOthing but cloudless blue sky. :( or :) depending on your perspective.
