I wish we could have some kind of description to go along with our photos during the voting process.. Mine is getting hammered I think because people are just not believing the colors. My entry nearly matches the original JPEG generated by my camera. I guess people can read my description after the voting period is over but then that would not help with the scoring.. Oh well what can you do, except to lobby on getting a description field added to the image for the voting period.

My best photo is in Masters. I LOVE that photo, and I don't care about the score or whatever, I think I might enter it for other contests... I am very lucky and actually honored to get such a shot...
and this one, I think it's ok... I won't giveaway but more like something DPC would like more.

It was below 5 for awhile there. I knew this one was a bit of a risk scorewise because of a non-standard composition, which is definitely not working for some commenters, but a few got what I was "saying" so I'm perfectly happy :-)
I made some progress on voting and commenting last night but still plan to do some more. I'm always afraid with FS voting that I'll miss a real gem if I don't vote 100%. Sometimes the thumbs just don't do justice to the image! |

Boo hoo HOOO!!! OK, so I can live with this score (voters never lie), but I'm not happy that my original entry was swapped out to the Masters FS in favour of this lemon, and my Masters FS entry is now scoring more than a full point higher! :(
